This is free download app. Its so nice app, it has not ads, child safe design, and available multiple languages. I use it to be able to make a decision without prior knowledge of books and more. This application is appropriate for young children. Thank you for develop app

I use the app every day when I make my sons lunch to keep him busy in his high chair. I put my iPad on the tray and begin the video and he gives me the biggest grin. The 2 minutes snippets are perfect timing for me to prepare his lunch and he gets a lesson on the color of the day.

I downloaded the app then decided to subscribe because the free options were limited. However after a month each time my son would try to use the app we had problems. We were given an error saying we werent subscribed come to find out I have been getting charged on a regular basis. Thats isnt cool.

Not happy. I downloaded this app, and selected "Free Trial." All I get are pop-ups and windows prompting me to pay for a subscription. And whats up with having to type in a code all the time? I dont even know what thats for, but its obnoxious. There are plenty of other options- I suggest you try them instead.

I hate this app. Even though I paid for the monthly subscription it still wouldnt allow my daughter to watch anything but the free videos. So I cancelled it in January 2015. Here it is August 2015 and Im STILL GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY! This needs to be fixed.

This is a great app!! My little one loves watching VocabuLarry. But I have one tiff, I shouldnt have to subscribe to an app or purchase extras if I already subscribe to the TV channel.

I just downloaded this app to give my toddler something to play with while traveling. It says its free but after I downloaded the app, it wont let me see the videos unless I purchase a subscription. Im not doing it. Its a total waste of time and money.

Everything says I need to buy subscription even though it says free

Tried multiple phones, deleting and reloading, calling apple and still crashes immediately when I pull it up. Was a monthly subscriber for over a year but not anymore.

I see a lot of great reviews on this app but it wont even let me open it. Id like to use it though but I cant.

I am having the same subscription problem that the previous poster had. I get charged each month, but the app says that I need to subscribe. Ive been trying to fix this issue for over a month. My last two emails to support have gone unanswered, but my credit card just got charged again. Incredibly disappointed since my 2 year old loves this app.

We had a subscription months ago and even after cancelling we continued to use the free videos on the app. After updating to a new iPhone 6s (ios9) the app crashes on the launch screen and then I get hit with a subscription fee… how could I even subscribe ??? it does not open !!!

My child loves the videos, but Im having the same issues as many other users. Every month it tells me I need to pay. I have a 6-month subscription that is paid for. Its really hard to explain to a 2-yr old why their videos wont load. My last email was ignored by customer support. I have now asked for them to cancel and refund my account. I am very disappointed.

After downloading this free app on my iPhone, it was working perfectly. Now that I just recently purchase its monthly subscription, the app doesn’t want to open. It repeatedly gives me an “ERROR” pop up box that doesn’t give me a chance to “send report” to the app company to fix the problem. Now I’m getting billed for an APP that doesn’t even work. How could I cancel this monthly subscription? I individually emailed BabyFrist company about helping to fix the problem but no response. I use to love this app and its educational problem for my little child but how can you pay for something monthly with your working money and support these kinds of companies but it just seems that they take your money and run.

Paid for full year subscription after about a week cant even get app to load, dont waste your money. Go to PBS kids app its free and works great. VERY disappointed

this i the worst app ever dont dowload please hey take your money away everry month nd take you the access to the videos i have contacted them several time and they dont give an answer or fix the problem but they never stop charging you please to let this people to take your money ....

I purchased the monthly subscription so that we could actually watch the shows on the app and it worked good for the first couple of days. Then it kept telling me to subscribe and whenever I clicked renew subscription it would show subscription valid until (sometime in 2011 - even though I didnt purchase until this year) but would not let me buy another subscription (thought it might just be easier to get a new one) even though I was still paying monthly for this one. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and now I cant even get the app to open without crashing. Not worth the hassle.

I just downloaded the app despite the negative reviews about subscriptions. My 2 year old niece loves this channel, and I think its very educational. I decided to download it to check it out because My baby is due in February, but the app opens the little rainbow flower spins then the app closes. I tried multiple times, nope nothin. What a waste!!

I pay the monthly subscription every month, however nine times out of 10 the videos wont download, give an error message or tell me to purchase a subscription through the parents own however I already have a prescription it is frustrating and its terrible. Dont recommend

I just downloaded the free version and it wont even let me open it. As soon as I click it, the baby first picture shows and looks like its loading but then crashes immediately.
