App was good until I purchased a monthly subscription
After downloading this free app on my iPhone, it was working perfectly. Now that I just recently purchase its monthly subscription, the app doesn’t want to open. It repeatedly gives me an “ERROR” pop up box that doesn’t give me a chance to “send report” to the app company to fix the problem. Now I’m getting billed for an APP that doesn’t even work. How could I cancel this monthly subscription? I individually emailed BabyFrist company about helping to fix the problem but no response. I use to love this app and its educational problem for my little child but how can you pay for something monthly with your working money and support these kinds of companies but it just seems that they take your money and run.
