Always crashing cant even get in the app

I downloaded it 5 min ago and already having problems. Once I opened it, it closed unexpectedly and didnt even get a chance to see anything. So I deleted it.

Our toddler loves this app. It stopped working and nothing I could do corrected the problem for about ten days. I repurchased the app and it works fine. Will wait to see if I get billed for two apps per month. Then will have to try to deal with that. iTunes should have a phone number so you could actually talk to someone when you have a problem. Love the app when it works.

Worked fine until I paid for the subscription. Now it keeps telling me Im not connected to the internet even though I definitely am. Super annoying.

Just cancelled. Always frozen. Will not load videos even with a paid account. Cannot use in any other apple device (you have to pay per device, how crazy is that?) I spent 30 minutes today trying to load videos and finally found the same free ones on you tube. :-(

Can someone show how to cancel the monthly subscription? Ever since I purchased one, the app doesnt work and yet Baby First keeps billing me. Need help with canceling please.

App worked great until I paid for a subscription. Now it constantly wont load and always crashes. Good luck trying to cancel a subscription as they dont make it easy and turning off auto renew didnt stop the charges. Seems like a take the money and run situation Im in.

I love this app! I was hoping it was free and didnt expect a monthly subscription but since our cable company got rid of our BabyFirst channel it was perfect and reasonably priced!! Could you please ADD Mio and Mao!! PLEASE!

All was ok until you purchase anything and then it puts you on auto renewal and its a pain to stop the renewal. There is no notice of it either. Dont download this app. Not worth the aggravation.

The app is great and the customer service is super! The one show my daughter absolutely loves was not loading so I emailed them and in a few days they had it working again keeping up to date via email!

The new home screen is like a game by itself, the kids like scrolling through it and looking at the animations. Very nice update! :)

This is the most horrible baby app I have ever used. It is with great pitty in my heart that my son loves the baby shows that I have to deal with this app. Seriously this company needs to get their shows together and quit charging you here and there for different stuff. It is so confusing difficult to use as in subscribing and paying for it. Not only that there is no proper disclaimer when you do to ensure you have to pay for different stuff every month. I wish all the programs were on one website and it could all be accessible offline. This company needs a lot of improvement when it comes to their programming it needs a lot of improvement. I have family sharing on my account and when my son tries to use it in his tablet it never works or it reroutes to the same page as if u need to purchase the service again i get charged more than once for the same ridiculous app. This app is a nightmare.

It seems silly to me that theyre asking for such large subscription fees when they have so much of this content available for free but n their YouTube channel. I will not be paying to use this app.

Absurd subscription fee for contents that are easily found on YouTube. Parents, you can find better alternatives with Fisher Price, Sago Mini, or Originator for your hard money.

I think it could use a little work. But my two year old loves this app.

I thought I would try the free trial for a week since you cant view any of the shows without doing so but afterwards realized you can just watch these on YouTube for free. Been trying to now cancel the free trial before I get charged at the end of the week and surprise surprise the button to turn off it off wont budge. Feeling like this is totally rip off.
