Used to be free and suddenly you have to pay for a subscription...deleting.

Keeps crashing. Downloaded it and have not even been able to access it.

I wouldnt mind the subscriptions. Better than paying for cable. But it just crashes on opening it. I have tried rebooting, deleting and reinstalling but no luck.

It has been promoted on the babyfirst tv that there is an app but where is it???? There is only the lite version Cant we buy the full app??? Thanks

Nowhere did I see it costs $3.99 and they asked me toconfirm something, then I got an email with the charge and its not even worth it. My son doesnt like it. I was so mad, they just took my money!

I keep getting kicked off wont play at all.

this continued the sameee i just repay again and still no jave access to the harry video and requesting me to pay $24 again for nothing not fair

The idea of this is great, my son loves the shows and you can watch them all offline (as long as you have watched them before). The problem is multiple times it has locked me out even though I pay the monthly subscription. The support team is always helpful but try explaining to a one year old that the app is down. Ive never had a problem with an app like this, especially one that dips into my bank account every month. Now I see them spending money on commercials for it but not fixing whatever the problem is...pretty ballsy. If Baby First can get it together it would be a great app.

I clicked on the free trial but was charged before the trial ended. In addition all the videos are still locked. Im not happy at all. I emailed support and still havent received a response. My advice, find a different app for your kids.

PBS KIDS app much better for toddler. Easy to use This babys first app is way Too confusing, too many hidden charges. You all should take some notes on the PBS KIDS App. I love that one. This one needs some serious changes and less charges

I tried a bunch of times to purchase the inapp episodes. Any of them. Even the more expensive yearly option. Never works. So much is wrong with this app. Its super irritating because my son loves certain shows on here (certainly not shushy creepy or the show with the dancing rats). But still. It wont work. It hasnt for months on end. Never any updates. Just like their outdated never updated tv network. (How terrible is tech. Lets be honest, Emily or whatever her name is; is way way too old to even carry a baby). Im just going to download the Disney junior appisodes if this doesnt get fixed soon.

It doesnt work right away and app crashes 90% of time! It always shows "SPCOMMUNICATIONSFAILURE". Really? After i paid $4.99!

Doesnt work right, and I cant even delete it. This app should be taken off the App Store now.

Continuous Play Option Would Be Nicer

This is the best educational app out there for babies and toddlers! My kids love the shows and are learning new things every day. I am grateful to BabyFirst for developing such a fun and educational tool for my kids! I highly recommend this app to anyone with small kids!!

this app is the only one that keeps my nephew quiet! He loves the videos and songs
