One if the worst apps!

I subscribed for a month but when I try to watch the paid videos it either tells me that my Internet connection is weak so I can only get audio or it just quits all together. -_- I contacted the developers for help and they said that it works on their end so I should contact apple! What? How does that make any sense??? I have Internet connection for EVERYTHING else so how is it not the app? I highly suggest you not waste your time with this app. I wish I could give zero stars!!
